A SAHM to three little girls, I am a self-confessed bake-aholic…on  a journey to figure out what to do next in life I had plans to try to open a bakery filled with the heaven scent of gluten-filled goodies and puffs of flour and icing sugar floating on the air. Having been diagnosed early May 2013 with Celiac disease has changed this journey once again…join me on my new adventure while I throw all that I had learned about baking out the window and start again 🙂
